While this may be a bit late for your Easter dying fun this year, we’re up to our eyeballs in eggs right now, and turning raw eggs into hard boiled eggs gives us lots of options. We’re all about finding simple solutions, and while this may take a little longer than boiling eggs on stovetop, you can do a whole bunch, and you don’t have to watch the water boil! To bake your eggs, you’ll need: a muffin pan & 12 eggs.

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F
Step 2: Place an egg in each muffin cup
Step 3: Bake eggs for 28-30 minutes for hard boiled eggs.
Step 4: Give the eggs an ice bath after taking them out of the oven. And, you’re done!
The longer you bake them, the more “done” the yolk. You can use this helpful chart if you’d like to experiment with different levels of done-ness.
